AI Scale Sprint | D4 Concepts
    AI SCALE SPRINT

    You have the strategy.
Now let's build something with it.

The AI Scale Sprint is a 60-day engagement that takes one high-impact workflow and redesigns it completely — automated, integrated, and documented. Your team trained. Results measurable from day one.

    WHO THIS IS FOR

The Sprint is built for companies
    that are ready to build.

This isn't an exploratory engagement. To start a Sprint, you need to have already done the foundational work — either through a Built to Scale AI Opportunity Blueprint, or through a documented AI strategy of your own.

If you're not quite there yet — the AI Opportunity Blueprint is where to start.

    • You have a documented AI strategy with identified workflow priorities
    • Your data is structured and accessible in the relevant workflow area
    • Your leadership team is aligned and has designated an internal owner for the initiative
    • You're ready to commit 60 days of focused organizational attention
    • Your CEO or COO is actively engaged — not just delegating
    WHAT WE BUILD

    One workflow.
Redesigned, automated, and built to hold.

Every Sprint focuses on a single high-impact workflow — chosen because it creates the most leverage for your business. Scope is defined during your Blueprint or Strategy Review Call.

Three of the most common Sprint workflows:

    WORKFLOW EXAMPLE 1

    Sales Process

From first inquiry to signed proposal — mapped, documented, and automated where manual steps are costing your team time and consistency. Most firms recover 5–8 hours per week per salesperson within 30 days.

    WORKFLOW EXAMPLE 2

    Client Onboarding

The handoff from sold to served is one of the highest-friction points in most service businesses. We redesign the full onboarding sequence — intake, kickoff, communication cadence — and automate the steps that don't require human judgment.

    WORKFLOW EXAMPLE 3

    Content Generation

For firms where thought leadership and relationship marketing drive growth, a structured content workflow — from idea capture to draft to publish — can 3× output without adding headcount. We build the system and train your team to run it.

These are examples, not a fixed menu. The Sprint workflow is determined during scoping. If a client has a different high-leverage workflow, we build for that instead.

    HOW IT WORKS

    Sixty days. Four phases.
    Built-in accountability at every step.

    1
    WEEKS 1–2

    Workflow Deep-Dive

We map the current workflow in detail — inputs, outputs, decision points, handoffs, and friction. You and your team are the experts on how the work actually flows. We bring the analytical framework.

    2
    WEEKS 3–4

    Redesign and Architecture

We redesign the workflow from the ground up — eliminating unnecessary steps, clarifying ownership, and identifying exactly where AI creates leverage without introducing fragility. You review and approve before we build anything.

    3
    WEEKS 5–8

    Build and Integration

Technical execution handled by a vetted build team selected, briefed, and supervised by Micah. Strategy and advisory direction remain direct throughout. The system is integrated into your existing tools — not layered on top of them.

    4
    WEEKS 7–8

    Training and Handoff

Your team is trained on the new workflow. Documentation is delivered. Results are measured against the baseline established in Phase 1. You leave the engagement knowing exactly how the system works and who owns it.

    WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

    Not a prototype.
A working system your team runs.

    • One fully redesigned and automated workflow — live and operational
    • Documented process your team can maintain and build on
    • Measured time savings against pre-Sprint baseline
    • Trained team with clear ownership assigned
    • Integration into your existing tools and systems
    • A foundation that makes the next Sprint faster and less expensive

The work you do in 60 days will pay dividends for months and years to come.

    INVESTMENT

    Scoped before it starts.
    No surprises during.

The AI Scale Sprint is a fixed-scope engagement. Pricing depends on workflow complexity and integration requirements. Final scope and price are defined together during your Blueprint or Strategy Review Call — before any commitment is made.

    • Fixed scope & price, defined before start
    • 60-day engagement
    • Strategy and advisory: Micah directly
    • Technical build: vetted team, selected and supervised by Micah
    • Scoped during Blueprint or Strategy Review Call
    BEFORE WE BEGIN

    Every Sprint starts with
    a Strategy Review.

If you've completed the AI Opportunity Blueprint with us, we already have what we need. If you're coming in with a strategy built elsewhere, we'll schedule a Strategy Review Call first — to confirm the plan is comprehensive, the workflow is well-defined, and the leadership team is ready to move.

This isn't a sales call. It's due diligence — for both of us. We only take Sprint engagements we believe will succeed.

    WHAT COMES NEXT

    One Sprint changes what's possible.
Most clients don't stop at one.

Once one workflow is running well, the pattern becomes clear. Your team builds confidence. Leadership sees what's possible. The next opportunity is usually visible within 30 days of completion.

Clients who complete a Sprint are eligible for the AI Operations Partnership — customized fractional support to expand AI capability across the organization, without hiring a full-time AI lead.
